“PhD in Business and Human Resources Management, a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a Diploma in Human Resources Management (IPMZ), as well as additional qualifications in Education, Counselling, Leadership, and Management. Backed by over 19 years of hands-on experience in the healthcare sector, I have developed strong expertise in procurement, tender management, and stakeholder engagement across both public and private institutions.

My career has seen me work with major government hospitals including Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals, Mpilo Hospital, and Harare Hospital. I have also partnered with international bodies such as UNDP, and serviced top private facilities like Avenues Clinic, Trauma Centre, Baines Clinic, and Hippo Valley Hospital. Furthermore, I’ve collaborated extensively with pharmaceutical companies, pharmacies, and various surgery centres.

In addition to my corporate and clinical engagements, I have established lasting partnerships with key NGOs operating in Zimbabwe, such as the Red Cross, Médecins Sans Frontières, World Vision, Plan International, and the National AIDS Council. My combined academic and professional background positions me strongly in areas of strategic leadership, human resource management, and operational excellence within the healthcare and development sectors.”
